Return Policy

We want to make your shopping experience at D'Allure Trends boutique as pleasant as possible, and hope you love each item you've purchased. If, for some reason you are dissatisfied with your order please refer to the return policy below:

D'Allure Trends does not offer refunds unless the item is defective. We will however offer store credit and exchanges for items you are unsatisfied with based on proper reasoning. 

Please follow the steps below to initiate an exchange or store credit for your order. 

Email dalluretrends@gmail.com with "Return" in the subject line to request a Return Authorization Form, returns without this form will not be accepted, and will be shipped back to the buyer upon receipt. 

- Merchandise must be postmarked for return within 7 days of confirmed delivery

- Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed

- Items sent back worn or with makeup stains, deodorant stains, pet hair, smoke &/ or perfume smell will not be accepted.

- Any Clearance items marked “Sale” cannot be returned

We recommend tracking and insuring packages sent back for return, as we cannot be responsible for any lost/damaged return packages

- Return shipping is non-refundable, unless you receive damaged, defective or wrong item(s).

- Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Damaged, Defective or Wrong Item(s)

- Should you receive a damaged, defective or wrong item(s), please contact our Customer Care Team immediately at dalluretrends@gmail.com so that we can send you a replacement item.

- We will gladly send out a replacement of the original item purchased at no cost, as long as the item is available. If the item is not available, you will receive a refund of the original item or Store Credit.

Undeliverable Packages

*Packages that have been returned to us as "undeliverable" are subject to re-shipping at buyer’s expense, and initial shipping charges are non-refundable.

Online Store Credit

- Store Credit can only be used online at our website - www.dalluretrends.com

- Store Credit is not transferable and should be treated like cash

- Store Credit may not be purchased and is only provided when previously purchased item(s) have been returned and you have selected Store Credit as the refund method

- Store Credit never expires and is issued in U.S. Dollars

- Any purchase amounts that exceed the value of the Store Credit will require an additional method of payment for the remaining balance due
